Refund Policy

Returns: LANCE Tactical offers a satisfaction guarantee on all products! All items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full. All items must be unused and in original condition of purchase, see below for product return details. All items returned outside of 30 days of purchase may be subject to exchange or store credit only. All returns require the customer contact LANCE Tactical or Safe Family Safes & Tactical to obtain an RMA number, which must be placed inside the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was received defective.

Refunds: Once the order is received and inspected, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days). Credit card refunds typically will show anywhere from 3-7 business days after processing. However, time is dependent on each customer’s financial institution. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
